Yoga is a breath-based practice with endless benefits for enhanced mental well-being. The breath is the easiest and most accessible way to bring a sense of calm to the mind. Through breathwork and mindful movement, thoughts begin to slow down and a greater sense of peace is found. The mind has a place to land and rest in stillness, allowing the dust to settle and clarity to appear.

As long as we have breath, we experience life through our bodies. Our senses are the pathway that our body interacts with the world around us. Through the practice of yoga, we can become more aware of the sensory experience of our bodies and become more attuned to ourselves in a harmonious way to create a sense of connection and well-being.

As the practice of yoga develops more mental clarity and an atmosphere of acceptance in our bodies, we can get in touch with our deeper longings and true essence. From this place of wholeness, a sense of belonging is experienced from a connection to something much greater than ourselves. An awareness that we have always been worthy of love is the power that transforms us from within.
